STARGAZER

Ingredients
45ml Wild Eve Botanical infusion #1
30ml Home Farm Rose Geranium cordial*
Soda Water to taste
Ice
Fresh Basil leaf garnish
Method
Put ice in your glass
Pour Wild Eve over ice
Add Home Farm Rose Geranium Cordial
Swirl to make the magic happen
Add Soda Water to taste and garnish with Fresh Basil

CELESTE

Ingredients
45ml Potocki Vodka Potocki Vodka, 70cl
15ml Cocchi Americano American 
30ml Home Farm Rose Geranium cordial*
Garnish with dried Rose petals
Method
Put ice in a cocktail shaker*
Add Potocki Vodka, Cocchi Americano, Home Farm Rose Geranium Cordial and shake
Add fresh ice to your glass
Pour over cold cocktail
Garnish with dried Rose petals
*if you don’t have a cocktail share pour straight into your glass and swirl!

HOME FARM ROSE GERANIUM CORDIAL

Ingredients
350g water
200g sugar
5g citric acid
5g dried Rose Geranium
1g crushed whole black pepper
0.5g dried orange peel
Method
Add all ingredients into a ziplock bag (we use environmentally-friendly reusable silicone bags from a company called Stasher).
Sous Vide at 55° for 2 hours, halfway through moving the bag around to help dissolve the sugar.
If you don't have access to a Sous Vide, add all your ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and then allow it to steep for 3 hours.
Strain through a coffee filter, bottle and store in the fridge up to 2 months.
