Order and Delivery Confirmation

Deliveries may take longer than usual due to the COVID-19 situation. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

European Orders

Unfortunately a significant number of our European orders have not been able to go through customs so we have decided to remove Europe as a destination until we can find a suitable solution for our European customers.

We are optimistic we can find a solution soon and we will announce it on our homepage and social channels once this happens.

Our most sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused.

Returns Policy

Please contact our customer care team here to notify us of your return. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase products.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

All returned goods are subject to an assessment. Products which have been used, or where tamper-proof stickers have been compromised will not be accepted.
